To kick off our brewing operations at our new Canyon we brewed up this delightful, modern, American Pale Ale. It’s brewed with Nelson, Simcoe, Cascade, and Citra hops. The result is something light and fresh, but with plenty of flavor. The aroma is bursting with tangy pineapple and vanilla, and the flavor is mild sweet citrus, and it’s balanced by just the right amount of bitterness.
