We are so excited to be serving our home town of Canyon, Tx! The Restaurant, and Taproom are located inside of the Historic Santa Fe Train Depot that we renovated from 2022-2025. It’s a comfortable space for beer, food and community. We are thrilled to be able to utilize this historic building in a way that is good for our community and provide a new destination for craft beer in the Texas Panhandle. Come see us 7 Days a week, with Lunch Specials Mon-Fri, and Happy Hour Sun-Thur. Be sure to check out the trackside seating, and watch the Trains go by!

Rube Burrow rides in loud and unapologetic, just like its namesake. Rube Burrow is an American IPA built for bold moves and clean getaways—stacked with a hop bill that doesn’t ask permission.

Citra Dynaboost kicks things off with an amplified burst of juicy citrus, backed by layers of classic Citra and Mosaic bringing ripe mango, peach, and sticky pineapple. Riwaka cuts through with its unmistakable punch of fresh lime zest and tropical intensity, while Columbus Cryo keeps it grounded with a subtle resinous bite and a whisper of dank earthiness.

The Secret Line: Duke Express

Pondaseta's worst kept secret! The Secret Line is our line of "specialty cocktails" made in house. The Duke Express is made with dark roast coffee from out friends at Palace Coffee!

The Mandarinian is a force to be reckoned with. This crisp and noble German Pilsner is guided by tradition, but enhanced by a bold mission: the citrus-charged power of Mandarina Bavaria hops, as well as Huell Melon Hops. Expect a clean, light malt backbone, balanced bitterness with a bright burst of mandarin orange peel, and subtle mineral & herbal undertones.
