This is a big, bold West Coast IPA. It’s loaded with Mosaic, Citra, and a little Columbus hops, and is balanced by just the right amount of toasty malt. It’s a little sneaky, but incredibly smooth. The aroma kicks off with aggressive pine, but fades to sweet fruit. The flavor is fully loaded with toasty malt carrying ripe orange and hints of stone fruit and papaya. It slides home with just the right amount of bitterness to balance each sip.
