Gose? Gos-ay? Gos-uh? Goose? Call it what you will, this kettle soured wheat ale is light, bright and fruity! We refermented our house gose on raspberry and conditioned with locally grown lemon-mint. It pours effervescent and bright pink. The lemony mint comes through on the nose and in the finish, and balances well with the fruitiness. Drink and repeat.
