This celebratory Cold IPA was inspired by a French 75 cocktail, and brewed to ring in the new year: 2024!
We brewed this refreshing IPA with Lemon, and then hopped with Cryo Simcoe, Cryo Columbus, and chinook. The result is an incredibly drinkable IPA with balanced bitterness, a blast of citrus, hints of pine, and a crisp light body.
