North Country embraces the cold bitter wind and says welcome home! This imperial stout was brewed with all Maverick Malt from Wildorado, Texas, and aged for 32 months in Texas Whiskey barrels from Milam & Greene Distillery. After aging it was finished on a blend of coconut and toasted coconut. The result is a beautifully roasty balance of carmelized sugars, roasted malts, whiskey, and coconut. While not sweet, it evokes notes of chocolate creme brule topped with toasted coconut. Brewed exclusively for the 2022-2023 Pondaseta Club.
