Princess Peach Walker is a variant of Wit Walker. We start with our classic Belgian Style Witbier and referment it on peach puree. The result is a smooth and creamy refreshing wit. The nose is bursting with real peach, balanced by subtle clove, notes of peach ice cream on the palate quickly fades, and the beer stays balanced. It finishes slightly dry, but with a pleasant and full mouthfeel.It’s the perfect beer for warm days on the patio, or rescuing Princess Peach from Bowser.
