This lovely light saison is brewed with german pilsner malt, Texas Panhandle grown Triticale Malt, and just a pinch of Vienna Malt. Fermented with a French Saison yeast strain. Its effervescent, and light, but full of refreshing flavors like lemon peel, black pepper and clean herbal spice.
