This complex stout was the second runnings from our 2 year Anniversary: 180 Gram Stout. This roasty, slightly lower sugar runoff was put straight into oak barrels with mixed cultures from our 2019 Blended Family release. It fermented and conditioned in oak barrels for over 18 months. It was then bottled and cellared for over 6 more months. The result is a complex sour stout with excellent balance. It’s both funky and refreshing with grassy notes and toffee alongside a touch of coffee and the faintest hint of black licorice. Drink now, or save for a special occasion!
