
The Wringer
Some days, you just have to wring the juice right out of fresh hops… The Wringer was brewed with 20lbs per barrel of fresh, wet hops, less than 12 hours after being harvested. This year’s batch features Strata Hops. An early morning harvest in Michigan at Hop Head Farms, followed by a couple of quick plane rides, yielded Pondaseta’s wet hop DIPA.
It’s balanced but strong, and has a strong, juicy pineapple aroma, mild citrus and notes of pine. Drink Fresh, Drink Fast!
