The Wringer
The Wringer is brewed with 20lbs per barrel of fresh, wet hops, less than 12 hours after being harvested. This year’s batch features Chinook & Citra Hops. An early morning harvest in Colorado at Billy Goat Hop Farm, followed by a quick roadtrip yielded Pondaseta’s wet hop DIPA. Drink Fresh, Drink Fast!
