Now Open

We are so excited to finally be open in our home town of Canyon, Tx! The Restaurant, and Taproom are located inside of the Historic Santa Fe Train Depot that we renovated from 2022-2025. It’s a comfortable space for beer, food and community. We are truly excited to be able to utilize this historic building in a way that is good for our community and provide a new destination for craft beer in the Texas Panhandle. Stay tuned for details on our Grand Opening Celebration, and for now stop by, grab a beer, a bite, and watch the trains go by. Cheers!

Mai Tai

Meet your new summer go-to. The Secret Line Mai Tai is a bold twist on the classic tiki favorite, made with our highly fermented Secret Line base—a smooth, flavorful alternative to beer. Bursting with notes of zesty orange, toasted almond, and bright lime, it’s finished with fresh fruit garnishes for a vibrant, island-inspired sip. Light, refreshing, and dangerously crushable—this one’s made for long summer days.

Jefe Mexican Lager

This Mexican-Style Lager is a perfect craft alternative to your favorite Mexican Import. Brewed with Texas Panhandle grown whole corn, for a light body and hint of sweetness, balanced out with German Hops and a crisp lager finish! It’s refreshing and great for a hot Texas day

RAD-Daseta

Kick it old school. Ride the lightning. Drink the Rad.

Step into a time warp and knock back a Rad-Daseta, the malt liquor that shreds expectations and lands smooth like a perfect backflip on Helltrack. Named in honor of the 1986 BMX cult classic Rad, this beer is a bold tribute to neon dreams, rebel hearts, and gravity-defying style. With a turbocharged ABV of 8%, Rad-Daseta hits hard but keeps it cool—just like Cru Jones
