CANYON — Pondaseta Brewing Co., with a second location now in the old Santa Fe Depot at 1001 2nd Ave. in Canyon, has been a special project of Canyon Economic Development since 2022. The successful venture, run by Kaleb West and Trever Martin, was greeted by eager fans of their craft beers, brewed on sight, and their crispy brick oven pizzas.
