Up next in our Diner and Drive-In inspired “cocktail” sours – Ocean Front Property in Amarillo. It’s inspired by an Ocean Water soft drink. We started with a mildy malty base, soured it with a lachancea yeast strain, added lemon puree and finished it with coconut flavor. The result is a delightful drive through vacation, minus the nuclear blue food coloring! It’s refreshing and mildly sweet, a perfect summer sipper.
