For the first club beer of the 2022-2023 cycle, we aged a sour beer in Coconut Rum Barrels for 22 months. Then we finished it with pineapple, tangerine, a little more coconut, and a dash of fresh nutmeg. The result is a delicious and bold Painkiller Cocktail inspired sour ale.
