Top Shelf is an Anejo Gose, aged for 14 months in a tequila barrel. The result is an awesome sensory bomb. The aroma is bursting with tequila, oak, and caramelized fruit, and the taste is more delicate and nuanced. It’s less boozy than you expect, with hints of caramel, dried apricot, and a touch of smoke. It’s layered and complex!
